Sophsys is a Dutch company, based in Sneek, the Netherlands and has offices in Ukraine and Croatia.
We focus on the development and implementation of green technologies for producing energy.

Our company goals are to implement green energy installations that are operated by local workers, creating jobs and a cleaner environment. Within our company goals are the UN SDG goals imbedded.
Community Power is the ultimate example of our goal and we intent to construct these installations worldwide.

SophSys assists developers and inventors on realizing their ideas and bringing them to market. 
The assistance include the development of strategic plans, patent application (via our specialists), financial modelling and actual production facilities for the developments.
In specific cases, Sophsys has direct access to some of the larger investor institutions worldwide and assists in obtaining subsidies and grants.

Sharing knowledge

Pryazovskyi State Technical University is one of the leading universities in Ukraine on engineering.
As a guest lecturer, the COO of SophSys, Mr Martijn Beerthuizen, teaches to both Bachelor’s and Masters students of topics such as fuel, engine modification and prototype development.

SophSys believes in the value of sharing knowledge with the students to prepare them for the outside world. As a hands-on teacher, Mr Beerthuizen lectures either via video link or in person at the university.
Lessons are done in English and with support of an Ukrainian partner, real time translated in the classroom. We are proud to be part of this university and proud to be part of their team.
